Scope of Work
Based on our understanding of the purpose of this engagement and our experience with similar engagements, the scope of the engagement included
- Documenting existing Operator system and replacement prototype.
- Review and rationalization of existing Operator Server.
- Server configuration and set-up, and partitioning into Development, Test, and Production of the web-based Application for Air Operator Safety Measurement.
- Software Development and Unit Testing, Testing of the application developed including System Integration Testing (SIT) and Stress Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Pilot and Aircraft Safety Service.
- User Acceptance Testing for up to four other clients, and three months of Technical Support after go-live.
- Training and System Documentation.
- Establishment of System Governance and maintenance protocols for continued operations.

- Acquire, Edit, and present Chartered Operators data (certificates of operation, safety records, key management personnel, etc.)
- Acquire, Edit, and present Aircraft data (type, licensing specifications, service, and safety records)
- Acquire, Edit, and present Plot data (license validity, types of aircraft, training, and wellness, certification)
- Accept Itinerary plans (Dates, Origination-Destination, Operator, Aircraft, Pilot) and perform safety assessments for the proposed itinerary.
