    Position Overview:  
    We are seeking the services of a Project Manager with a background in Tourism 
    Industry alongwith  Operations or Market Research related skills.Must be well versed 
    with Vendor Management.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing 
    and coordinating the development and execution of tourism related projects 
    sponsored by the Government of India and various state governments across 
    multiple Geographies. 
    The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in Operations preferably in 
    the tourism industry and possess excellent leadership, communication and 
    organizational skills. 
    HQ:   Hyderabad 
    Qualifications   and   Experience: 
    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either Tourism Management, Hospitality 
    Management or Business Management.  
    Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 5-6 years of 
    relevant experience.  
    Key   Responsibilities: 
    Coordinate with stakeholders which include tourism organizations, 
    government agencies and vendors to gather requirements and establish 
    project goals. 
    To establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) 
    within the project to maximize productivity, manage project budgets, ensure 
    cost optimization and efficient utilization of resources. 
    Recruitment and training of  large size teams of enumerators for selected 
    states.  
    Drive monthly surveys for primary data collection.Ensure achievement of 
    targets in terms of manpower and survey requirements and quality standards. 
    Field travel across selected states as per project requirements. 
    Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management, 
    highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations for 
    improvement.  
     
    Desired   Skills: 
    Knowledge of tourism industry practices, trends, and challenges shall be 
    preferred.  
    Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. 
    Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. 
    Strong negotiation and vendor management  skills. 
    Proficiency in project management software and tools and MS Office. 
    Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.. 
    Ability to work independently and take initiative while also functioning well 
    within a team environment. 
     
    Compensation:  Upto 6 Lakhs INR per annum 
    Fixed      Salary: Upto 5 lakh rupees per annum depending on experience and  
    qualifications 
    Variable   Salary: Upto 1 lakh per annum subject to target achievement 
    Working Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM 
     
    Roles and Responsibilities 
    1. Close interaction with Top Management by providing research inputs to tap new markets, 
    regions, and industry segments. 
    2. To understand and closely analyze a single Prospect and/or Target Industry Groups 
    Business Requirements. 
    3. Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation, and sales support 
    services for the Business Development team and for existing clients. 
    4. Managing the sales bid process by responding to  RFPs. 
    5. Liaising with Datawise Product and Technology Managers to provide feedback from clients 
    about product requirements and future trends. 
    6. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes 
    7. Must be willing to work from 4pm to 1am along with USA Operations Team Shift which 
    functions from our Hyderabad Office 
    Desired Candidate Profile 
    An MBA with 35 years of experience with a proven track record in Pre-Sales, 
    Business Development or B2B Sales 
    Must necessarily be from Consulting or Technology or Market Research Organisations 
    Ability to quickly grasp a strong understanding of our products and solutions, our 
    competition, and our positioning. 
    Must possess strong problem-solving skills and research orientation. 
    Have a basic understanding of Data Analytics as an Industry, functional metrics, tools, 
    and techniques of Analytics. 
    Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficient in 
    PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 
    Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at working with multiple 
    internal and external stakeholders 
     
    Perks and Benefits 
     
    Fixed Salary  : 4.00 Lakhs to 6.00  Lakhs per Annum basis experience.  
    Performance Incentives Upto 1.50 lakhs per annum payable on a quarterly basis

    Development Executives(BDE) in Delhi and Hyderabad and a Business Development 
    Manager(BDM) in Mumbai. 
    BDE   :   Hyderabad   and   Delhi 
    BDM   :   Mumbai 
    Qualifications   and   Experience: 
    BDE  :       
    i.MBA in Finance or Marketing with analytics as a major or minor 
    ii.3 Years of BD Experience in Corporate Sales 
    BDM:   
    i.MBA in Finance or Marketing with analytics as a major or minor 
    ii.5 Years of BD Experience in Corporate Sales 
    Key   Responsibilities: 
    1.To understand the different Target Industry Sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, Health & 
    Pharma, SMEs, etc. Collect information on and develop relevant contacts with key 
    personnel in the Target Companies in these Industry Sectors 
    2.To build and be responsible for a Business Development Pipeline through 
    research identifying new Prospects and visiting or contacting them in the area 
    assigned. Must be willing to travel and make Prospect and Existing Client visits in 
    the assigned Geography on a regular basis.Essentially Lead Generation and 
    Management 
    3.Achieve Business Revenue Targets through New Client Acquisitions and from up
    selling or cross-selling to Existing Clients. 
    4.Maintain relationships with existing Clients and act as the bridge between the 
    Clients and the Operations/Technology Teams at DATAWISE 
    Skills   Required: 
    1.Ability to quickly grasp a strong understanding of our products and solutions, our 
    competition, and our positioning. 
    2.Have a basic understanding of Data Analytics as an Industry, functional metrics, 
    tools, and techniques of Analytics. 
    3.Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills, Commercial Acumen, and the ability 
    to close Deals. Go-Getter Attitude. 
    4.Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficient in 
    PowerPoint, Excel and Word 
     
    In the case case of BDM, we expect independent handling of Clients. 
    Compensation:   
     
    BDE   :  Upto 7 Lakhs INR per annum 
    Fixed   Salary: Upto 5 lakh rupees per annum depending on experience and  qualifications 
    Variable   Salary: Upto 2 lakh rupees per annum subject to target achievement 
     
    BDM   :  Upto 10 Lakhs INR per annum 
    Fixed   Salary: Upto 7 lakh rupees per annum depending on experience and  qualifications 
    Variable   Salary: Upto 3 lakh rupees per annum subject to target achievement 

    Position – Field Executive 

    Employment Type – Part Time 

    Objective – Collecting information related to project spread across the districts you belong to for research project. The information is to be collected through personal interviews to be conducted either online using our tool or other third-party tools assigned by us or through physical documents. 

     

    Job Description  

    Collect information respondents using the survey questionnaire and technology platforms designated for the project. 

    • Understand the key scope of the project and geographical concentrations. 
    • Organize and enhance the lists of respondents by identifying phone numbers, detailed addresses, and e-mail IDs for these enterprises by searching on the internet. 
    • Visit respondents and collect on-site information using the technology provided. 
    • Maintain and submit notes from field visits. 
    • Send daily updates to the project manager. 

    Skills Required 

    • Ability to speak in English, Hindi & local language.  
    • Ability to use technology tools provided. 
    • Good communication skills.  
    • Quick Learner.  
    • Hard working, result oriented and go-getter.
