Ratan JalanRatan Jalan
Ratan Jalan is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and Harvard Business School. He has diverse experience in the field of healthcare, IT and advertisement. He plays a pivotal role in Medium Healthcare Consulting and drives the Company’s philosophy with particular thrust on innovation, execution and patient-centricity. He has also served as CEO of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, part of the Apollo Hospitals Group, for almost a decade. He started his professional career in the information technology industry with HCL and then moved to advertising at Lintas (now Lowe). During his ten years there, he worked on leading Indian and international brands. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the 2008 Franchise Awards for the success of The Apollo Clinic initiative. He is also a frequent speaker at leading management institutes such as Indian School of Business, IIMs, FMS, TISS, XLRI, IHMR and various industry forums such as, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, AIIMA and World Economic Forum. He was one of the few panelists invited from India to speak at the Harvard Business School Global Centennial Summit.

Jyothee SinghJyotee Singh
Jyotee Singh is an alumnus of University of Leicester, U.K. from where she did her MBA. She holds more than 33 years of professional experience in IT industry with focus on Financial Services sector. She has served as Executive Partner at IBM India and holds deep IT consulting and delivery experience in banking having worked extensively with Indian & Global banking clients. She has also worked on various global consulting engagements for global banks in Africa & Europe. She has also mentored several high-performing employees, including several women professionals in the Industry. She was involved in conceptualizing and developing both the Technical design and automation process for the Indian Railway Budget compilation system in 1992. She has also worked extensively to help design, develop and implement the “Advanced Ledger Posting machines (ALPMs) for the Indian Banking Industry in 1986.

K Rajeswar RaoK Rajeswar Rao
Rajeswar Rao has done MBA in finance and his graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. He has 30 years of progressive management of global technology and business organizations at CXO level. He has executed extremely large, high impact transformational programs with Global G2K clients. He holds deep expertise on Global strategy, Balanced score card, Enterprise business excellence – Baldridge, EFQM and CII-Exim. He has received Infosys Excellence Award from the CEO, Infosys, for various significant achievements such as first Prize at Enterprise level for Best People Development, for delivery excellence in customer satisfaction & employee satisfaction, ensuring excellent growth in business and higher utilization & productivity and for innovation and creative capital building, etc. He has also been awarded winner of the Most Valuable Player Award (2005) for driving high business growth, ensuring highest customer satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions. He has played pivotal role in the Infosys Integrated Change Management Program, a Flagship organization wide initiative.

Kajal GhoseKajal Ghose
Kajal Ghose holds diverse experience of 38 years in the banking sector. At the State Bank of India, he spearheaded the Delhi region of the bank, having 1,700 branches and 22,000 employees with business of more than INR 2.5 trillion. Serving as Chief General Manager (ESS) at State Bank of India, he initiated and promoted the usage of Analytics and Social Media for the Bank. Under his leadership, the analytical team outperformed to achieve huge financial benefits and valuable insights. Under his leadership, SBI received the CIBIL Data Quality Award 2016 for Best Data Quality in Public Sector Banks, He is currently an Independent Director at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. Throughout his career, he has focused on achieving operational efficiency and accomplishing targets along with effective administration.
